Making Waves
Making Waves meets on Tuesday evenings, between 7.00 and 9.00pm, in Mornington.
The choir is open to all ages, men and women and we currently have around 20 singers aged 40’s to 80’s.
We sing a broad repertoire, from Pop to Gospel and Folk through to World music, including
California Dreaming, Amazing Grace, Shosholoza and Ngarra Burra Ferra.
Making Waves is a choir for those who enjoy singing in harmony to make a good sound together.
There are no auditions and musical experience is helpful but not necessary. Every singer joins with a different level of experience, confidence and ability. Our goal is to to create a safe and supportive environment for people to develop their singing ability and make new friendships.

Simply Irresistible
Simply Irresistible meets on Monday evenings between 7.00 and 9.00pm in Frankston.
Singers range in age from 40’s to 70’s, men and women. We currently have around 20 members.
We have a focus on Swing but also enjoy singing Pop and World music.
Our repertoire includes Distant Sun (Crowded House), Summertime, Blue Moon, Chattanooga Choo Choo,
Hit the Road Jack and Bad Habits (Billy Joel).
We welcome new adult members who have had some choral or musical experience, who can sing in tune and are comfortable singing harmonies. While being able to read music is an advantage, it is not essential as guidance will be given to help you learn the music and improve your music reading skills.
